1.        Write an essay in 1000 – 1200 words, (not) accompanied by an abstract of 100-150 words and keywords, with following topics:

a.       Democracy in India

b.      Kashmir Problems

c.       Punjab Problems

2.        The essay must consist of at least; introduction (mention problem(s)/ research question(s) statements), content/ discussion, conclusion, and reference list.

3.        Single line spacing with 6 points in every paragraph. Margin is in normal style (2.5 cm). Use 12-points Palatino Linotype Font.

4.        The essay should adhere to the Publication Manual of the American Psychological Association, latest edition. (Get the information of APA style in http://obit.staff.umm.ac.id )

5.        Submit the soft copy of your essay via e-mail in Microsoft Word (.doc) or RTF (.rtf) format to chowvid@yahoo.com at January 7^th, 2011 and its hard copy along with your answer sheet during final examination.

6.        Write subject of your e-mail: Essay India&Pakistan_[your full name]. Don’t forget to give your name and student number in your essay sheet.
